About the Loyalty Program
Incu Loyalty is our way of recognising our customers for their continued support.
As a thank you, VIPs who spend over $2,000 within a 12-month period receive an ongoing 10% discount. This applies to most full-priced purchases, excluding raffles and limited releases, both online at Incu.com and in-store at Incu, GANNI Sydney, GANNI Melbourne, A.P.C. Sydney, and A.P.C. Melbourne.
From your first purchase at Incu.com or in-store at Incu, GANNI Sydney, GANNI Melbourne, A.P.C. Sydney and A.P.C. Melbourne, you'll be automatically enrolled into Incu Loyalty as an Incu Member.
Once you reach a $2,000 spend within a 12-month period, you'll qualify for VIP status for the following 12 months.
If you spend a further $2,000 during that next 12-month period, your VIP status will be extended for another 12 months. This cycle continues on an ongoing basis, provided you meet the $2,000 spend each year.
Your points and spend progress will be updated after your order is fulfilled.

Joining & Earning VIP
You will be automatically enrolled in the Loyalty Program from your first purchase. If you choose to opt out of the program, you can reach out to our Customer Care team to update your profile.
You will automatically qualify for VIP status once you reach a $2000 spend within 12 months across Incu locations.
No, you do not have to spend $2000 in one transaction. Your spend will be tracked across all your transactions until you reach $2000 to qualify for VIP status.
Once you reach $2,000 in eligible spend and become a VIP, your 10% discount will apply to your next purchase, not the one that takes you over the threshold. This ensures your new tier benefits are properly activated and ready to use going forward.
VIP Status & Benefits
VIP Status will expiry after 12 months if you have not spent $2000 within that period. If you do spend $2000 or more, you will keep your VIP status.
You can find out more about your VIP status by logging into Your Account at Incu.com. On your profile page, you will be able to see your current VIP Status. If you shop in-store, our Incu team will be able to let you know once you reach your VIP status.
